On eBay right now this Laverda Alpino/Alpina (more info in
Benzina #2) - a non-runner but folk like
Bob Dixon or
Keith Nairn(and of course
Slaters) can soon sort that. These are cruelly under-rated bikes, as is the Guzzi V50 below: they feel much more modern than their bigger cousins and were only sales flops when new because of price and, it seems odd to say all these years later, the Honda CX500: maybe that's what's troubling the girl on the Guzzi...
both great little bikes, way better than the CX which was a nasty, stodgy, fat lump of a bike with a host of motor problems as standard extras!
